It all starts by you reaching out and applying. We will want to scrub the details of your income, liabilities, assets and credit history to prequalify you.
Once you've applied, we will discuss financing options. You will learn what is required for the loan. We will also discuss budgets and costs so you can plan accordingly.
We will ask you for documents to verify your application. These include pay stubs, W2s, bank statements, copies of drivers licenses, etc. If you are purchasing, your house hunt would start at this point.
Once a property has been identified an underwriter will review your file and issue an initial decision. The decision will contain "conditions" to work through to clear the loan for closing. We work with you on these conditions.
As soon as we've resolved the conditions (including an appraisal and title work), we request a Final Review by underwriting so they will clear the loan for closing.
We team up with a closing attorney or title company to prepare closing documents and schedule your closing. On closing day, the closing documents are signed and recorded.
